Aishwarya Rai dons the cover of OK! Middle East April 2012 issue. She does look beautiful as always but wish that a more recent picture of the gorgeous Aishwarya was used.  The photo is actually from June 2011 at the 162nd Prix de Diane horse racing event which Aishwarya attended wearing a peach Elie Saab dress and jacket.
