The wedding day is the most important and the most stirring moment for every single woman. From the moment the girl starts fully apprehend the world around, she starts dreaming about this very special day. Only this significant day lets the typical girl perceive herself as a real princess from her dreams with all the corresponding attributes: ball gown, fancy hairdo with a sparkling tiara, beautiful strass or pearl jewelry and a bridal veil. But among all the pleasant wedding vanities it is significant not to forget about details that go under the gown- bridal lingerie.

Finding the perfectly fit bridal lingerie is as important as finding the right dress. Don’t leave purchasing the bridal lingerie to the very last moment. In most cases bridal shops insist on wearing that exact lingerie on fittings that you will put on your wedding day itself, because it will let to make the exact adjustments to your figure.

The most important rule- your wedding lingerie should be both beautiful and invisible under your dress, so try to avoid buying lingerie of different color than your dress’s or purchase beige lingerie. While choosing wedding lingerie remember that it should be really comfortable as you will be wearing it all day long. Even a little discomfort can make you nervous. The majority of women wears bras of the wrong size, don’t do this mistake on your wedding day. It is an obligatory to wear correctly fitting lingerie of your size. Delicate garter along with lacy gentle stockings under your wedding gown will composite a playful accessory on your wedding night.

For brides with small bust are recommended wearing traditional full cupped or padded bras, what allows to trick the guests and make your breasts look bigger. Frill will also help to visually increase your bust. Wearing half cupped bras is a taboo; it will only make them seem smaller than they really are.

The lucky owners of full busts should choose fuller figure underwire bras what will provide brides with important support. Smooth bras without any obvious accents like lace and frills will make your bust look smaller. The big NO is wearing bras with little fabric; it will not only provide sufficiently support but also make your bust look loose.

Loungerie forLittle Girls: Fashion of Vulgarity?

France is known for apparent neglect for age-appropriateness. A new line of “loungerie” (that’s lingerie plus loungewear) for girls from three months and up to twelve has been designed and sold via Jours Après Lunes site. The underwear line for little girls market itself as “the first designer brand dedicated to ‘loungerie’ for children and teenagers, comprised of loungewear and lingerie to be worn over and under, inside and outside.”

Loungerie forLittle Girls: Fashion of Vulgarity?

Actually, it looks like lingerie for adults and would be completely okay for women to wear but Jours Après Lunes is producing this line for girls ages 3-12 (the “loungerie” for the 3 month – 36 month age range is actually age-appropriate and cute, thanks God), so that mother and daughter can match. If to believe the website this line’s designer has a long background in designing lingerie (for adult women)-it’s obvious judging by loungerie pieces.

What’s worrying about Jours Après Lunes is not just the fact that it’s lingerie for kids who probably shouldn’t be old enough to even know what lingerie is, but the pictures on their website. The little girls are have make-ups like grown women do and are sporting Amy Winehouse style beehive hairdo, pretty playful sunglasses and pearls and somehow remind Thylane Blondeau, notorious French child model that made countless headlines last year when she graced French Vogue. But Thylane was dressep up at least!

The whole photoshoot is unsettling. The way the young-looking model (who seems to be the eldest among child models here) is posed with that sunglasses-wearing teddy bear is made to look like a child, while the little girls are made to look like adults.

What do you think? Should three-year-olds be walking around in bras and panties, with nothing over them…With pearls, adult style sunglasses? Does the idea of cladding little kids in those pretty provocative bikinis make sense?

Twice a year (once before the summer season and once before the winter holidays), treat yourself to an intensive professional pedicure. Choose a treatment that includes the following steps:

  1. A salt bath to soften feet.
  2. Callus removal, which therapists usually carry out by first brushing a special softening solution onto the affected area and then using a brand-new or properly sanitized tool.
  3. A sugar scrub to exfoliate the whole foot.
  4. A foot massage, using a natural oil such as grapeseed, which deeply penetrates your skin, returning feet to supple form.
  5. A hot paraffin wrap, which seals in moisture.
  6. And finally, the fun part: the classic pedicure, during which your toenails are cut and filed, cuticles are softened and nails are painted.
Do-it-yourself Daily Maintenance

1. Sit at the edge of your bathtub and apply a foot scrub. Choose one that contains your favorite essential oils or make your own by combining 1 tablespoon olive oil with 1 tablespoon raw sugar, oatmeal or chickpea flour. Massage the scrub into your feet and leave it on for five minutes. If time permits, soak hand towels in warm or hot water, and wrap them around your feet. This seals in moisture and works in the same way as a paraffin wax treatment.

2. Keep a foot brush or designated washcloth in the shower. Pour liquid soap onto your chosen scrubber and rub until your heels and toes are thoroughly clean. Three times a week while showering, run a foot file vigorously across your heels and soles. Be sure to replace your file once a month to avoid bacteria buildup.

3. Immediately after your bath or shower, slather your feet with a thick body butter, taking care to massage the lotion into your heels and soles.

4. For an added moisture boost, twice a week before you go to bed, rub olive oil all over your feet and soles, and sleep with socks on.
