Google Chrome 18build, the Google Chrome team of developers has just released its final and stable version for users to download via the official stable channel.Great features that you will find interesting.

One of the popular among the fixes of this version is the SPDY proxy certificate checking error and some others like memory corruption problem and other bugs.

Chrome 18 comes with a boost in speed for HTML5's Canvas component for bi-dimensional designs, shortening the loading process for websites that make use of it. This acceleration can be experienced on both Windows and Mac OS X running computers, but Linux has not yet been included in the lineup.

These visual improvements can also be seen partially on older configurations, with Chrome now using TransGaming's SwiftShader to run WebGL 3D applications on graphic cards that wouldn't support them under normal conditions.

This results in most of the workload falling on the shoulders of the main processor, for systems that have integrated Intel video boards or still use Windows XP as operating system.

It has many improvements and has this version number  18.0.1025.142  with cool new features along with fixes to security bugs and some other improvements. This new release features good and high quality graphics which is even better than the previous versions – it promises to give you a better internet browsing experience as the new Google Chrome browser comes with feature that makes that easier.

It goes without saying that performance will be slower on the above-stated machines, but users can now enjoy content that was previously out of bounds. Most of these features were available starting with the beta release, but it took developers several weeks to add the finishing touches.
The final and stable version of Chrome 18 is available to download from the official website and it's compatible with Windows, Mac OS X, Chrome Frame and Linux. Users are urged to update for bug fixing reasons also.

1.    Ginkgo Biloba - Ginkgo Biloba is probably the most famous concentration food around. It is actually from the oldest tree species on the planet and is used to treat concentration problems, dementia, etc. The good thing about Ginkgo is that there are quite a few solid scientific studies that show that Ginkgo actually does work as a “brain herb”. The way it does this is by increasing blood flow to the brain and nourishing the cells and so on.

2.    BlueberriesBlueberries serve a wide range of functions for improving mental function. Most notably, regular blueberry consumption has been shown to improve memory function. Furthermore, blueberries are rich in antioxidants, helping to prevent free radical damage. Still not convinced? Research has found that blueberries can also reverse age related declines in motor function, balance, and coordination.

3.    SalmonRich in Omega-3 fatty acids, salmon helps your brain develop tissue for increasing your brain power. Furthermore, salmon also plays a key role in fighting Alzheimer’s and other age-related cognitive disorders.

4.    Flax seeds—Flax seeds are crammed with ALA- a healthy fat that aids the cerebral cortex in functioning better. This is the portion of the brain responsible for processing sensory information. Keeping it sharp is vital.

5.    CoffeeRegular coffee drinking has been shown to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other mental disorders. That’s because caffeine is good for the brain (in moderation), and it contains antioxidants. The important thing to note is you shouldn’t add in all the other junk to your coffee (the ridiculous Starbucks drinks crammed with sweeteners and fatty products).

Mixed nuts—Peanuts, walnuts, pecans, and other nuts contain properties that help with everything from fighting insomnia to promoting mental clarity and strong memory. Walnuts are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids while almonds contain natural mood-enhancing neurotransmitters.

6.    AvocadosDon’t let the avocado’s fat content fool you. It’s a healthy fat that promotes blood flow, keeping your mind functioning at its peak. That’s not all: Avocados have also been shown to reduce blood pressure.

7.    EggsEgg yolks are rich in choline, an essential nutrient to improving memory function.

8.    Whole grainsFrom oatmeal to whole grain bread, whole grains are excellent brain foods as they improve circulation and contain essential fibers, vitamins, and even some Omega-3. Just make your sandwiches from whole grain breads to enjoy the benefits.

9.    ChocolateFor me, this is the yummiest brain food of all. Dark chocolate is antioxidant-rich, and it also improves focus and concentration. Milk chocolate, on the other hand, improves memory and reaction time.

10. BroccoliBroccoli has been shown to improve memory function as well as slow the aging process. This means a broccoli-rich diet will keep you young and sharp.

11.   Ginseng (Ashwaganda)— is probably the most famous Chinese herb and is derived from a Greek word which means “all healing”. According to ancient literature this herb will work wherever it is needed. If someone has a high temperature it will lower it. If you have a low temperature it will increase it

12. Brahmi (Bacopa Monnieri)Now this is one herb that I personally vouch for. I am not saying it is safe or effective for everyone, but it has worked for me.

13. Bacopa monneieri — is an Indian Ayurvedic medical herb that is used to treat anxiety, stress and as an intelligence booster. It is said to improve concentration as well as nourishing the brain. And scientific studies (although rare) have supported this information. It has been shown to improve brain function.

14. FishThe omega-3 fatty acids in fish as supposed to help improve your brain function over the long term. Like most of these substances, the effects usually take a long time to build up. Some foods will help you concentrate in the short term (coffee) and others take a long time (fish, brahmi, etc.).

Self-confidence is the strand of confidence which exclusively deals with the self-assuredness in one’s personal judgment, ability, and power. It therefore is the most important sort of confidence because deprived of it we are simply left without a backbone.

That’s why whenever I write articles I always emphasize self-confidence because everything you ever do is built on this foundation.

These 7 strategies which will help you not just build, but radiate self-confidence.

      1.     Start Positive

A huge part of self-confidence simply comes from perspective. It comes from your outlook towards the world. So if at this moment you have any negative thoughts, begin replacing them with positive ones.
Redirect your substantial energy of frustration and negativity, and convert it into positive, determination.

2. Understand Yourself

Self-confidence starts with you. So if you don’t understand yourself properly how you can you even imagine building self-confidence.

Get to know who you are as person. Realize your strengths and weaknesses, and reflect on yourself with an unbiased lens. This will allow you to see yourself for who you really are and give yourself a solid foundation to build on.

3. Face Your Fear

A lack of self-confidence is simply a surplus of fear. You don’t feel confident in your abilities because you fear the outcome.

To build self-confidence you need to pinpoint exactly what you fear. This way when you realize what it is, you can begin the process of overcoming it.

4. Prepare and Reflect

Insecurity arises from being unprepared. So to overcome this insecurity you must prepare yourself to a point where you feel you are ready.
Once you reach this platform, it’s all about getting into that right mindset and reflecting on all that you have achieved.

Take Action

Self-confidence is built through practical forms. So by doing nothing and just thinking about it, you will only make things worse.  You have to actually go out there and do something.
Expand your comfort zone and try to take things one step at a time.

6. Gratitude

Don’t beat yourself up.
Many unconfident people become even more unconfident because they always pick out their flaws. This negativity just makes them feel worse and they get lost in this positive feedback loop.
You need to understand that you are only human. You will always be bad at things, but then you will always be good at things too. Focus on the good things and give yourself gratitude where it is deserved.

7. Don’t fear Failure

Failure is a natural part of life.
Not one man or woman ever set foot on this earth and left it without facing failure. So give yourself a break and embrace failure, because only through failures will you find true success and true self-confidence.
