Recommended Size: AdSense horizontal link units (728x15 and 468x15 with 4 or 5 links)

1. Log in to your blogger account
2. Go to Layout - Edit HTML - click expand widget templates (don't forget to backup your template)
3. Find this code :

<b:widget id='Header1' locked='true'


Change maxwidgets='1' with maxwidgets='2'

Change showaddelement='no' with showaddelement='yes'

Change locked='true' with locked='false'

Save your template

4. Go to your adsense account and create a horizontal ad link unit - Copy adsense code
5. Back to your blogger account, go to Layout - Page Element
Now you can add a new gadget in your header



6. Add a new gadget - HTML/JavaScript - and paste your adsense link unit there

7. Click Save ! you can drag and drop your new widget and save it

Another technique to put adsense link unit on header / below header, and below / above blog posts
Adding new page on blogger now possible in a easy way. 

Thanks to Google for new blogger interface.

Follow the below steps:

Go to your blog and open page tab

Pages >>New Page

You will find two flow link

  • Blank Page
  • Web Address

Click on web address and make the title of the page and for web address (URL) open your blog site and copy the 

link of your desired label i.e www.yourblog.blogger.com/p/labelname



This trick is very interesting and let your user to have a look of specific label snapshot with slideshow, if you have “Featured Content Started”

Go to: template setting >>Edit HTML>> Expand Widget Templates (Check it)

Now once you are in Expand Widget Templates

Find of Ctrl+F “<b:section id='column2a' showaddelement='no'>”

Add below html code after above code

Excellent, now again go to Layout and Add a Gadget>> HTML/JavaScript

Under pop up box HTML/JavaScript

Add the title you want and under content box add your label/category name and save.


Immediately after saving you will see your label/category snapshot slideshow.
