STEP 1
1. A waist - to - floor length petticoat tied tightly at the waist by a drawstring.

2. A tight fitting blouse that ends just below the bust.

STEP 2
After step one you take the sari and tuck the plain end of the sari into the petticoat for one complete turn from right to left. Make sure that the lower end of the sari touches the floor.

STEP 3
Beginning from the tucked-in end start making pleats in the sari, about 5 inches deep.

STEP 4
Make about 7 to 10 pleats and hold them up together so that they fall straight and even.

STEP 5
Tuck the pleats into the waist slightly to the left of the navel, and make sure that they are turned towards the left.

After this you take the sari and tuck the plain end of the sari into the petticoat for one complete turn from right to left. Make sure that the lower end of the sari touches the floor.

STEP 6 & 7
The end portion thus draped is the pallu, and can be prevented from slipping off by fixing it at the shoulder to the blouse with a small safety pin.

You are now draped in a saree . Now stand before the mirror and get enchanted by the grace you exude

The wedding day is the most important and the most stirring moment for every single woman. From the moment the girl starts fully apprehend the world around, she starts dreaming about this very special day. Only this significant day lets the typical girl perceive herself as a real princess from her dreams with all the corresponding attributes: ball gown, fancy hairdo with a sparkling tiara, beautiful strass or pearl jewelry and a bridal veil. But among all the pleasant wedding vanities it is significant not to forget about details that go under the gown- bridal lingerie.

Finding the perfectly fit bridal lingerie is as important as finding the right dress. Don’t leave purchasing the bridal lingerie to the very last moment. In most cases bridal shops insist on wearing that exact lingerie on fittings that you will put on your wedding day itself, because it will let to make the exact adjustments to your figure.

The most important rule- your wedding lingerie should be both beautiful and invisible under your dress, so try to avoid buying lingerie of different color than your dress’s or purchase beige lingerie. While choosing wedding lingerie remember that it should be really comfortable as you will be wearing it all day long. Even a little discomfort can make you nervous. The majority of women wears bras of the wrong size, don’t do this mistake on your wedding day. It is an obligatory to wear correctly fitting lingerie of your size. Delicate garter along with lacy gentle stockings under your wedding gown will composite a playful accessory on your wedding night.

For brides with small bust are recommended wearing traditional full cupped or padded bras, what allows to trick the guests and make your breasts look bigger. Frill will also help to visually increase your bust. Wearing half cupped bras is a taboo; it will only make them seem smaller than they really are.

The lucky owners of full busts should choose fuller figure underwire bras what will provide brides with important support. Smooth bras without any obvious accents like lace and frills will make your bust look smaller. The big NO is wearing bras with little fabric; it will not only provide sufficiently support but also make your bust look loose.

Loungerie forLittle Girls: Fashion of Vulgarity?

France is known for apparent neglect for age-appropriateness. A new line of “loungerie” (that’s lingerie plus loungewear) for girls from three months and up to twelve has been designed and sold via Jours Après Lunes site. The underwear line for little girls market itself as “the first designer brand dedicated to ‘loungerie’ for children and teenagers, comprised of loungewear and lingerie to be worn over and under, inside and outside.”

Loungerie forLittle Girls: Fashion of Vulgarity?

Actually, it looks like lingerie for adults and would be completely okay for women to wear but Jours Après Lunes is producing this line for girls ages 3-12 (the “loungerie” for the 3 month – 36 month age range is actually age-appropriate and cute, thanks God), so that mother and daughter can match. If to believe the website this line’s designer has a long background in designing lingerie (for adult women)-it’s obvious judging by loungerie pieces.

What’s worrying about Jours Après Lunes is not just the fact that it’s lingerie for kids who probably shouldn’t be old enough to even know what lingerie is, but the pictures on their website. The little girls are have make-ups like grown women do and are sporting Amy Winehouse style beehive hairdo, pretty playful sunglasses and pearls and somehow remind Thylane Blondeau, notorious French child model that made countless headlines last year when she graced French Vogue. But Thylane was dressep up at least!

The whole photoshoot is unsettling. The way the young-looking model (who seems to be the eldest among child models here) is posed with that sunglasses-wearing teddy bear is made to look like a child, while the little girls are made to look like adults.

What do you think? Should three-year-olds be walking around in bras and panties, with nothing over them…With pearls, adult style sunglasses? Does the idea of cladding little kids in those pretty provocative bikinis make sense?

Miss Universe 2012 Hot Picks 6
The uncertainties brought about by the eerie silence from the Miss Universe Organization are spawning the growth of rumors here and there. Last year, at the same time by now, we are already booking our tickets to Sao Paulo. But here we are with nothing but a memo to National Directors to prepare their delegates for a Christmas Season travel. The rescheduling of the usual Miss Universe season also destroyed the usual cycle of National Pageants. All of these will bring one thing - "death" by boredom for Miss Universe fans. To "save lives" we are tickling the excitement of MU fans, us included, by updating them constantly on what to expect at Miss Universe 2012.

First, expect a strong Puerto Rican in the name of Bodine Koehler. She will be fierce and will win a lot of hearts. Transformation is the name of the game for Miss Korea Lee Sung-hye and Miss Venezuela Irene Esser. Expect them to metamorphose further as the MU date nears. Miss Colombia Daniella Alvarez is being underestimated but she will be joining the transformation game soon. Miss Ecaudor Carolina Aguirre, Miss France Delphine Wespiser, Miss South Africa Melinda Bam and Miss Czech Republic Tereza Chlebovská will be relying more on their natural strengths.

Miss Spain Andrea Huisgen and Miss Gabon Marie-Noelle Ada will be in good fighting form thanks for their elegance. Miss Israel Lina Machola and Miss Japan Ayako Hara will have to look back to the golden years of their respective countries. They need to reverse their countries' fortunes at Miss Universe.

Miss Malaysia Kimberly Leggett, Miss Poland Marcelina Zawadzka and Miss Indonesia Maria Selena are women representing the countries that has been ignored by Miss Universe. These countries have sent great candidates but because they are not the usual countries that turn heads, they were generally sidelined. Hope that this year, they can break the barriers.

As you can see Mexico and newly crowned Croatia are both out. It seems that these two countries have a tough sash to sell and they need to be really outstanding to overcome this factor. To those who doubt that this is the case for Mexico please ask the following: Letty Murray Acedo, Karla Carillo and Karin Ontiveros.
