At the event, five of the thirty lovely candidates were named the Binibining Pilipinas 2012-Universe, the Binibining Pilipinas 2012-International, the Binibining Pilipinas 2012-Tourism Queen International, Binibining Pilipinas 2012 1st Runner-up and Binibining Pilipinas 2012 2nd Runner-up, respectively. The winners will be representing the Philippines in the corresponding international beauty competition.
